General comments
Voriconazol iv opladen 6 mg/kg 2dd gedurende dag 1, daarna 4mg/kg 2dd
Bij intolerantie voor voriconazol is isavuconazol, iv 200mg 3dd gedurende 2 dagen, gevolgd door isavuconazol iv/po 200mg 1dd
Voriconazol spiegelbepalingen 2 x per week
Aspergillus sinusitis, cerebrale aspergillose, pulmonaal aspergilloom met bloeding: chirurgische resectie in combinatie met antifungale therapie.
Bij pulmonaal aspergilloom met bloeding arteriële embolisatie overwegen bij inoperabele patiënten.
