Fosfomycine: 2 uur na de maaltijd, bij voorkeur voor de nacht
Nitrofurantoine 2 x 100 mg is tablet mga (= met gereguleerde afgifte). Andere optie is nitrofurantoine po 4 dd 50mg gewone tablet
