Primaire anogenitale HSV-infectie in zwangerschap
- aciclovir p.o. 400 mg, 3 dd gedurende 5 dagen;
- valaciclovir p.o. 500 mg, 2 dd gedurende 5 dagen
Verwijs bij primaire en recidief infecties tijdens de zwangerschap altijd naar gynaecoloog!
Denk bij SOA's altijd aan andere SOA's en HIV test
