General comments
Bij eGFR < 20ml/min prehydreren met 250 ml natriumwaterstofcarbonaat (NaHCO3) 1.4% alvorens gift tobramycine. Cefuroxim wel direct toedienen.
Controleer voor start altijd de uitslagen van de bacteriologische kweken van het afgelopen jaar en pas het beleid hierop aan iom de internist-infectioloog of arts-microbioloog
