General comments
Bij bilio-digestieve anastomose toevoegen metronidazol iv/po 500 mg 3dd. Indien orale intake mogelijk en goede darmpassage dan switch metronidazol intraveneus naar per os.
Galwegen draineren; bij goede drainage en koortsvrij, stop antibiotica na 24 uur.
Indien geen adequate drainage: 7 dagen behandelen
Altijd rekening houden met de resultaten van eerder afgenomen kweken en recent antibioticagebruik.
