General comments
Aanpassen op geleide kweek.
Na 2-3 wk switch naar oraal indien mogelijk op geleide kweek.
Bij punctieverwonding (spijker) wordt gedacht aan Pseudomonas aeruginosa als verwekker. Zodra de kweek bekend is met verwekker en zijn gevoeligheid, dan de antibiotica aanpassen.
