General comments
flucloxacilline iv 1000mg 6dd of flucloxacilline iv oplaaddosis 1000 mg, 6000 mg continue per 24 uur
Na 2 weken behandeling eventueel switch naar flucloxacilline po op basis van de absorptietest. Indien onvoldoende absorptie dan switch naar clindamycine 3 dd 600mg po ( indien gevoelig)
